Indoor Living 

Bedrooms: First floor: master double suite with dressing room & roof terrace. Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and terraces. 2 twin bedrooms interlinking with en-suite bathroom and terraces. 

 Bathrooms: 4 Luxurious bathrooms with bath and separate shower. Quality linens and towels (including swimming) are provided along with bathroom toiletries and hair dryers. Additional downstairs cloakroom with hand basin and WC 

Living Rooms: Spacious sitting room and interconnecting dining room with French doors opening onto covered dining terrace and gardens. The sitting room has two large comfortable sofas and 2 armchairs around an open fireplace. The room is equipped with a TV and DVD/Blu-Ray player. We also have a library of films that guests can enjoy.

Kitchen: Large light kitchen equipped with double fridge freezer, drinks fridge, cooking range, dishwasher, kitchen table and benches.  

Utility Room: Washing machine with dryer. The maid attends to all laundry of sheets and will do clothing for an additional fee.

Outside Living 

Covered Terraces: One covered terrace leads from the dining room and has a dining table and chairs. The other leading from the sitting room has two sofas and two armchairs around a large antique coffee table. There is also a full panoramic roof terrace which is perfect for sundowners and stargazing. 

Gardens 

Dar Zitouna is set in stunning lawned sub-tropical gardens amongst olive trees and waving grasses. Roses and climbing plants surround the house and there is an orchard with orange, lemon, pomegranate, and fig trees, and two large rockeries with abundant rosemary and lavender.  

Swimming Pool 

The large and beautifully landscaped swimming pool has spectacular and uninterrupted views of the Atlas Mountains. It comes with a sizeable sunbathing terrace and a superb pergola provides shade for relaxing or dining under. The pool can be heated during winter for an extra cost. 

Bab Adrar  

Dar Zitouna sits on the exclusive Bab Adrar Estate, a private development of eight luxury villas set in a twenty-acre olive grove. The estate is gated with 24 hour security, and guests are welcome to use the communal clay tennis court, treatment rooms, and exercise room.
